Golf Course

Set amid gentle rolling hills with dramatic vistas, Lakewood members enjoy the unique balance of challenging golf and beautiful settings.

A mix of mature and young hardwoods line the fairways with several lakes and a serpentine stream winding through the course.  From this landscape, Rees Jones was able to design a course that fit the natural terrain, while incorporating his trademark bunker placements and green complexes.  Measuring just over 7,100 yards, Lakewood is a quality test of golf.

In a recent edition of GolfStyles Magazine, Lakewood's course was ranked as the 6th best Private Course in Maryland, making it the 4th best in the greater D.C. Area!
