Golf Guest Guide

Joining one of our members as a guest for golf is one of the many aspects of enjoying Lakewood.  Our professional staff will take care of your needs from the bag drop, to the practice facility, to the first tee, the end-of-round club cleaning and bag pick-up.  Should you have questions prior to, or upon arrival, please let our golf shop staff assist you.  We hope you enjoy your visit to Lakewood.

  • Bag Drop and Parking
    • We encourage our guests to take advantage of our onsite valet service.  The Bag Drop is at the Front Entrance of the Clubhouse.  We will take care of your clubs and the Valet will park your vehicle.  At the end of your round your clubs will be at the Bag Drop and will be returned to your vehicle once the Valet retrieves it.

  • Locker Room
    • Use our Men’s or Women’s Locker Rooms.  Both are adjacent to the Golf Pro-Shop.  The Locker Room Valet will be more than happy to assist you.  Children under 16 are not allowed unattended in the Locker Rooms.

  • Dress Code
    • Lakewood's Dress Code is typical of most country clubs.  Should you require assistance, our Golf Staff is available to assist you.

  • Golf Shoes
    • Lakewood is a soft-spike facility.  If you need assistance replacing metal spikes, with soft-spikes, please see the Golf Staff or the Locker Room Valet.  Guests are requested to use the Locker Rooms to change shoes.

  • Golf Practice Facility
    • The Practice Facility and Short Game Area are available for guest use prior to your round.  Please follow posted rules when using these areas.

    • Lakewood supports the Pace of Play initiatives.  As a courtesy to other golfers and groups on the course, groups should play 9 holes in 2 hours or less and 18-holes in 4 hours and 5 minutes or less.
